Most weight loss blogs are only on the Internet for a couple of months.  However we plan on staying online for many years to come.  During this time we hope to offer you many weight loss tips to help you reach your weight loss goals.

Like many of you I was overweight for many years which is one of the main reasons I decided to start this weight loss blog.  I tried many different weight loss programs and systems, someone work for a while and some would not.  It was then that I realized that all weight loss tips do not work for all people.

Because everybody’s body is different, everyone is not able to lose weight using the same techniques and programs.  What works for one person to lose weight will not necessarily work for someone else.  Which is why it is so important that people understand that there is more than one way to lose weight.

At the top of this blog you can subscribe to our RSS feed in order to be notified when we place new content and weight loss tips on our blog. We are planning to update our weight loss blog at least every 2 days with new weight loss tips and information.
